About TherapyFit Treatments

My name is Bal Sidhu and I am a fully qualified ITEC level 5 advanced therapist and one of the founders and directors of the TherapyFit Group.

After dedicating 25 years to corporate management, I found my health declining under the pressure and demands of the job. Struggling with being overweight, I realised the need to prioritse my well-being. Unfortunately, in my journey to better health, I experienced a significant injury and faced challenges with exercise and rehabilitation.

These experiences fueled my determination to transform my life and help others avoid similar pitfalls. Today, I am a qualified personal trainer, online coach, and sports massage therapist and this is where TherapyFit was born.

Initially with the help of my wife, Farah who is now also a massage therapist we set up our first full time clinic in the Jewellery Quarter as business developed so did the demand for a female only service. Farah and myself spent years looking after sensitive services in healthcare for various police forces and prison services which were female led, therefore we understood the need for this, therefore with the demand we created our sister clinic TherapyFit Body Clinic which is a female only service led by a female therapist.

My mission is to empower individuals to take control of their health and wellness, guiding them through personalized fitness and recovery journeys. With my expertise and firsthand experience, I aim to inspire lasting lifestyle changes and promote balanced well-being.

I have spent a number of years training and developing my skills to ensure that my patients can benefit from a wide range of treatments. I am registered with the Federation of Holistic Treatments (FHT) and am fully insured to carry out the following treatments:

The Facilities

We have spacious clinics in the Jewellery quarter (Birmingham), all of our clinics have the same set up with equipment and we follow robust cleaning and sanitising procedures before and after each treatment so you can be treated in a clean and fresh smelling environment. We provide fresh linens for your treatment should it be required and have sanitising products and fresh water for patients to use freely. Don't have cash? Not to worry we accept all major debit and credit cards. Parking is available directly outside of the building, chargeable by the hour before 6pm, there are some free bays, but these are on a first come, first served basis.

The Clinic

In 2020 we moved our clinic over from the gym I was based to the Jewellery Quarter, since then we have expanded our services we occupied our second clinic which is located directly opposite our sister clinic (TherapyFit Treatments). The clinic is airy room, it is warm during the winter and cool during the summer, our treatment tables or heated for comfort. There is a privacy curtain which allows the therapist to continue typing up your treatment notes and it allows the patient to comfortably get ready before and after their treatment session.
